As a club at the Carson College of Business and Economics (CBE) at Western, the Multicultural Business Scholars Association (MBSA) aims to address the disproportionate lack of Black, Brown, and Indigenous People of Color conscious representation and aid accessibility within the CBE by creating opportunities for students of color to learn, connect, and develop as professionals and as a community. Funding covers costs associated with bringing speakers to campus, renting spaces for workshops and community events, and culturally relevant and informative food nights. The goal is to work towards building a cultivated emphasis on authentic and diverse cultural expression, celebration, and empowerment for MBSA club members and the wider community.

Student life is central to this initiative in that the ultimate goal is creating a sustainable future for students by building an environment that not only celebrates and educates about our differences, but also prepares students for life beyond college.
